To request a loan, you will first need to select which Backers you want to notify through the app.

You can also send your loan request to every Backer on The Halo App. If you are not part of a Community Group, we will help you find one!

Backers look for groups with high repayment 

When you repay your loans on time, you build trust for yourself and your Community Group.

Backers invest in Community Groups that repay at high rates. That means Backer Offers come to you much faster and at lower rates. 

What is a Community Group?

A Community Group is a group of Backers and Borrowers who are connected by employment, similar interests, or even location.

Our Diamond Community is reserved for Borrowers with a 100% repayment history. Backers aggressively seek out loans in this Community Group because of its low risk, meaning:
   • Faster offers
   • 10% Interest Cap
