Halo Membership Return Policy

  • Completed Services: If you have already accessed and used our membership benefits, a refund will not be granted.

Contact a member of your Support Team: Reach out to your Member Care, Community Manager, etc., or contact ariana.haloapp@gmail.com to explain the issue you are facing. Provide as much detail as possible to assist us in understanding your situation.

  • Evaluation: Our team will review your request and assess whether it falls within the eligible refund criteria. We may request additional information to better understand your situation.

  • Resolution: If your request is approved, we will process the refund in a timely manner using the original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account.

  • Accurate Information: Ensure that the information you provide during the membership sign-up process is accurate and up-to-date.
